We usually consider online shopping time-saving. In most cases, however, this thought might not hold.
Online shopping has two major problems:
For whatever you want to buy, there are too many options on the Internet that you can choose from and there are too many informations that you can search for. In the meantime, there is no way for you to actually feel the candidates in hand or see in person. Photos, images, and even videos just don’t cut it. All of these result in consuming you tons of time to find the thing that you want (and it might not be how you think it is).
I’ll avoid shopping online as much as possible unless I’m buying books, CDs, or similar stuff (you get the idea).
